Refund & Return Policy
This section governs all returns, refunds, and cancellations. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. This policy is subject to change at any time.
5.1. General Return Policy We have a 14-day return policy for select items. This means you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return under this 14-day policy, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all seals intact, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return under this provision. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
5.2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process All returns must be pre-authorized by our team.

Request: To start a return, you must contact us at support@simmpel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with an RMA number and the return shipping address.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving an RMA number will not be accepted, will not be eligible for a refund, and may be disposed of without notice.

Shipping Costs: The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
5.3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Promotional Orders: All items purchased during a sale, special promotion (e.g., BOGO), or with the use of any discount code. These are considered Final Sale.

Gift cards.

Ancillary fees, including but not limited to shipping fees, priority processing fees, or shipping insurance.
- Opened or Used Products: Any personal care goods, including our core products, that have been opened or have a broken safety seal.
5.4. Order Cancellations & Modifications Due to our automated fulfillment process, order cancellation or modification requests can only be considered if they are received within six (6) hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee any changes after this period. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled and falls under the terms of this return policy.
5.5. The Simmpel & Solari 90-Day Results Guarantee Separate from our 14-day general return policy, we offer a conditional 90-Day Results Guarantee. This guarantee is only for customers who use our product consistently for 90 days as directed and do not see any results.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the customer must meet all of the following criteria and provide compelling evidence:

Consistent Use: You must have used the product for 90 consecutive days as instructed.

Burdensome Evidence Requirement: You must document your progress with high-resolution photographs that are clearly dated and time-stamped. Photos must be well-lit and taken from a consistent angle. The required evidence is as follows:

A time-stamped photo taken on Day 1, before you begin using the product.

A time-stamped photo taken on Day 30.

A time-stamped photo taken on Day 60.

A time-stamped photo taken on Day 90.

Submission: All four (4) required photos must be submitted together in a single email to support@simmpel.com / support@solari-us.com no later than 100 days after the product was delivered.
Our team will review the evidence. If the documentation is incomplete or does not clearly show a lack of results, the refund request may be denied.
5.6. Specific Scenarios & Resolutions

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us within seven (7) days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You must provide photo evidence. Our sole obligation will be to send a replacement for the verified item.

Adverse Reactions: Sensitivities can occur. We recommend patch testing before full use. Experiencing a mild reaction is not grounds for a refund under the 90-Day Guarantee.

Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, we are not responsible. We may, at our discretion, offer you a discount to place a new order with the correct address.
5.7. Refund Processing & Fees

If a refund is approved under any provision, it will be for the product cost only, minus the original shipping fees.

Restocking Fee: In the rare event a return is accepted that does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., as a one-time courtesy), the refund may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
